Need a different size or style? Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@aacaoutlet.com with your order number and reason. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Final-sale and other exclusions apply; see the full policy.
For size or preference changes, you pay return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing. If an item is wrong, defective or damaged, contact us so we can review it and provide instructions.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability. Any new order is a separate purchase. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval; approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days, plus any bank processing time.
